So I checked this book out from the library, much to my chagrin. Mainly because the librarian kept giving dirty looks over her glasses as she was scanning it out. She was probably wondering why a gawky, ungainly, girl like me was not hauling out Twilight and Harry Potter books on the counter in lieu of the self-help book.
But I digress! I didn't find this book much conducive to pulling me out of my depression. The topics covered were I vaguely remember the book as well as I want to, but I do remember reading a lot of mundane analogies. Although, I did find the quotes stuffed in here and there, a bit inspirational. For a person recovering from depression, or simply wants to get out, I suggest you read "The 7 Habits For Teens" by Sean Covey son of Stephen Covey , because Stephen Covey's original version is just full of academic pompousness and hard to read.
